When the dentist confronts Timmy because the dental technician has told him that Timmy has not been brushing and flossing, Timmy shakes his head. "So you have been flossing regularly?" the dentist asks. Timmy nods his head. "If you have, then why don't you say yes?" "Yes!" yells Timmy, as a river of blood gushes from his mouth.
