it should be the name of your camrea or abbreviated
when you click on my computer there are a list of devices,select your camrea
in your cam there should be a sd card that holds the pictures, put the card into your memory card reader,if yoy don't have a card reader,there might be a usb cable with your cam plug it into your cam,the other end into your computer and to go "my computer" and select your cam,then just drag and drop your pics
