The Cross

A young man was at the end of his rope.

Seeing no way out he dropped to his knees in prayer.

"Lord, I can't go on," he said. "I have too heavy a cross to bear."

The Lord replied,
"My son, if you can't bear its weight,
just place your cross inside this room.
Then open that other door and pick out any cross you wish."

The young man was filled with relief. "Thank you Lord," he sighed, and he did what he was told.

Upon entering the other door, he saw many other crosses, some so large the tops weren't even visible.

Then he spotted a tiny cross leaning against the far wall. "I'd like that one Lord," he whispered.

And the Lord replied,
"My son, that is the cross you just brought in."

We all have our trials and tribulations, yet sometimes those
of others seem so much less troubling than our own.

A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand

HIS ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1.)say the name of the boy/girl u like twice 2.)now say the name of your best friend 5 times to yerself 3.)now post this onto 5 videos and then press f8 and then ur crushes name will appear on the screen!!!!!!!!!

this is so true.... sometimes other's pains are greater than our own we are just too preoccupied with our pain that we fail to see that we can alleviate other's pain if we could just look at them and do something for them.
