Sunday Service

On Sunday morning,
the priest noticed little Alex
staring at the name covered plaque
in the church foyer.

The priest went over to say hello.
The little fella pointed at the plaque and asked:
"Father, what's this?"

"Well, son," said the priest,
"it's a memorial to all the men and women
who have died in the service."

Soberly, they stood together, staring at the large plaque.
Little Alex's voice was barely audible when he asked,

"Which one, father,
the 9:30 or the 11:00 a.m. service?"
