Yeah, I have an exellent example. Say that you have a detention for hitting someone, you failed a test, your best friend moved to another country, and your cat just died. Imagine how you would feel with all of those problems, and then your moher walks up to you and kisses you. One kiss can remind you in a tough situation that you will be okay and you will make it through.
