Labor Day Thanks

This Labor day we give our thanks,
For this extra day of peace and rest;
Some time to think about our lives,
To know that we are truly blessed.

You watch over our daily chores,
You hear our evening prayers,
You are with us always,
Through all of our affairs.

We work for all the things we have,
But you've labored for us too.
There are so many reasons
We would be lost without you.
