What to do with a family that hates you?

First off, do not say I am an attention whore or that I'm trying to make people feel sorry for me. Okay. So, my brother recently came home from Iraq and he was really mean to me. He always yells at me and treats the family pets better than me. I tried to explain it to my dad, but my dad was very sarcastic with me. There's only one person in the world who loves me at all, and he's my only hope. He owns the only part of my heart that hasn't been permanently bruised. I'm holding onto that one last strip of hope, hoping that I will be older soon with my own job and I will marry this only love. I also have autism, so that makes it impossible for my family to understand me. My mom kind of understands me, but if I told her about this, she would probably give me BLEEP like "Oh, they love you, you just don't get it." So how am I supposed to handle this? I don't want to move out or go into a foster home. |
