daycare vent

My Fiance worked for a daycare that had some truly crazy accusations made against it. allegidly they put children in tote boxes and moved them off the property. NEVER HAPPENED! My fiance was taking over as owner of the daycare at the beginning of the next week. . .one of the female workers didnt like that. She had made statements that she WOULD NOT work for him and he WOULD NOT run that daycare. The next day she didnn't show up for work so he fired her. the day after that State showed up with these allegations and shut the present owner down and pulled her license for child abuse. NOTHING EVER HAPPENED!!!! People suddenly started attacking this poor woman out of no where. They were trying to get her daughter taken away from her. All of this is hear-say and it has ruined her life. She had to put her daughter in a different school and is moving soon. She has one of the best lawyers in the state and my fiance is also pressing charges for slander and an act of malice along with Sexual Harassment. She told parents that my fiance took kids home and did things to them on fridays. . .he was with ME every friday plus he has another job. I want to scream at these people to leave these workers alone. i am ready to flip on them! Someone even went as far to ask me how I could marry a child abuser. . .Do people not have any respect or decency anymore? This is all slander and hearsay. . .I dont know what to do.
