You've got to be kidding! Okay, the little trouble maker obviously doesn't get enough attention from their mommy and daddy. Have pity on the poor little shmuck. If you allow this person to anger you THEY WIN! THEY SUCCEED!!! COMPLETELY IGNORE THIS LITTLE COOT BUG. Trust me... it may take a while but as long as they get a reaction out of you they thrill in it and will keep on irritating everyone. It's a game to them. DON'T PLAY! IGNORE THEM!
