Lost Images

We have been experiencing some technical issues on the site with the photo uploads from the past 10 days, and you might be seeing an error message or the wrong image where you had your chosen picture before. We are working hard to recover the lost images and will be updating you as soon as we know more. This is only affecting images uploaded in the past 10 days, and if you re-upload your images, or post new images now, these should work. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue. The only known areas that this effects is How Cute Am I? entries and images attached to posts on the message board. As soon as I know more I'll share.  Thanks, Michael Flowgo.com Staff |

Hi everyone, An update: As you might have noticed, this affects some user avatars as well. We're working to restore these images, because we know you took time to upload them, and we'll keep you posted if it becomes possible. In the worst case scenario that we can't recover the lost images, we'll definitely make it worth your while to upload as much of that content again -- but I can't tell you how just yet  Gotta keep that one a secret for now!-Lex |

Each time I try to upload a new photo, the browser freezes and crashes. |

Hi, I just tested this with both Firefox and IE7 - I experienced no problem uploading a new Avatar or How Cute Am I? entry. Which are you trying to upload? What browser are you using? In the future it's best to send stuff like this in to Support - just use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Thanks, Michael Flowgo.com Staff |

i am having a problem getting into my profile(with my original account,littledebbie,not this temporary one),the community forums or others members comments pages. i just get a 404 error. when using that account i can only get into messaging.also my original avatar has disapppeard off of the members page. i kno u guys sent me info about temporary internet explorer files needing to be deleted. but if that was the case wouldnt i have trouble with this new account that i opened up? |
